This moist, crumbly tea bread is free from gluten, grains, and refined sugar, so even those with food intolerances can enjoy! Almond flour lends a delicate taste while real maple syrup is the perfect sweetener! Kohana Cold Brew Original coffee is the superstar, adding a light but not overpowering coffee flavor.

Ingredients

1 stick of butter, softened

1/4 cup of real maple syrup

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp Kohana Original cold brew coffee

1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 cups of almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan. Cream together the butter and maple syrup. Add the eggs, vanilla, coffee, and milk, blending after each addition. Add the salt and baking powder. Slowly add in the flour as you blend everything together.

Fill your loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

Enjoy with your cup of java in the morning or for a healthier dessert!
