Ingredients

1 15 Ounce Can of Reduced Sodium Black Beans- Drained and Rinsed

2 Large Eggs

3 Tablespoons Kohana Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

4 Ounces Reduced Fat Cream Cheese

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

3/4 Cups Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking pan with cooking spray. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a good blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glass pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over batter evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy. Cover and keep refrigerated if saving for later.
